Learn to be a Scuba Instructor the “SSI Way.” Most instructor programs focus only on teaching diving. However, most dive businesses require much more of instructors than merely teaching. The SSI Instructor Training Course (ITC) prepares you to become an active member of the scuba industry, a successful educator, and a valuable dive business employee.
As a new Instructor, your first few classes can be a little intimidating. When you join the Rec Diving Team, you teach with an established group of experienced instructors. All are able to assist with your first few courses and these dive professionals possess a wealth of knowledge to help you progress.

We’re famous for great service, attention to detail and most of all underwater fun. We can’t wait to help you train and learn this amazing hobby! It’s seriously one of the best! We may be a little biased on that, but we love what we do and love to let others experience the mysteries of the waters.
