stressRescue.jpgStress is a major contributor to rescue situations and diving accidents. You can improve your diving confidence and enjoyment by learning to recognize situations that lead to problems.  Explore how to handle problem situations with special techniques that can help you become a better diver and buddy.

Instruction:  $150.00  Books and Class Fee:  $35.00

CPR and First Aid certification are required to complete this course and will be made available to all Stress and Rescue students for a fee of $75.00.
