What makes a great regulator? The difference between a "good" regulator and a "great" regulator can make or break the enjoyment of any dive experience. Comfort, reliability, and high performance are the most important attributes that a regulator should exhibit. Every great regulator should make breathing effortless. Air should be delivered easily and consistently, on demand, and in the quantities required. And through technology and design, your regulator must be completely reliable.

Well the folks from Light and Motion have decided to take the technology they refined developing video lighting into the smallest, lightest and powerful package yet that can cover us no matter what our application. The Sola series lights come in three different models: the Dive, Photo and Video. Within each of these groups the Sola comes in two or three versions offering all of the options you might need for the task they’re optimized for. Sound confusing? We just got our first A700 Black Tech regulator and WOW. Inside its the same great regulator but on the outside it has a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) finish which, when applied on metal surfaces, increases ruggedness, scratch resistance and surface hardness. It also make it look super cool!
